Ship With AI does not offer refunds on any course, bundle, or plan upgrade. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
On purchase, you get immediate access to all course materials, lesson videos, session recordings, study guides, and the private community. This content is delivered digitally and can’t be returned, so we treat every sale as final.
If you’re unsure whether the program is a fit, reach out on @darasoba before paying. Read the FAQs on the homepage and browse the curriculum so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
You keep access to your purchased courses and the community for a minimum of four months from the day of purchase. You can go at your own pace within that window.
If you were charged twice by mistake or have a billing issue, email us and we’ll resolve it. This policy covers dissatisfaction, not payment errors.
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us first will result in immediate loss of access to all courses, recordings, and community channels.
